How can I change volunteer positions?
Changing volunteer roles is as simple as messaging the volunteer coordinator and informing them of your interest to volunteer in another role.
Where can I find the addresses to SPLA lots?
The addresses for SPLA lots are kept confidential to protect the privacy and safety of our participants. The Volunteer Coordinator will provide you with the specific locations directly before your volunteer shift.
What if I need to cancel my shift?
We understand that things come up. Please notify the Volunteer Coordinator as soon as possible so we can adjust the schedule or find a replacement.
Can I volunteer with friends or a group?
Absolutely! Group volunteering is encouraged. Just note this on your volunteer application, and we’ll do our best to schedule you together.
